Rebecca Leary

Lab Head & Director, Next-Generation Diagnostics Novartis

Rebecca is a Director in Oncology Translational Research at Novartis BioMedical Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She leads biomarker and translational research that integrates liquid biopsy approaches, and other advanced exploratory platforms, to accelerate oncology drug discovery and clinical development.
Rebecca received her Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed postdoctoral training at the Ludwig Center for Cancer Genetics and Therapeutics at Johns Hopkins, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Wellesley College.
